Will my Cosmetic Repair Insurance repair take place during the pandemic?

From 18 May, if you live in England, our mobile repairers will start to complete repairs in line with social distancing guidelines laid out by the Government. They will initially be working through the backlog of submitted claims and will be in contact with you in due course to arrange an appointment to suit you.

Because of continued Government advice in Scotland and Wales, our mobile repairers are currently not completing repairs. All claims requests will be logged and as soon as the restrictions are lifted a repair appointment date will be automatically generated. An email and text message will be sent to notify you of your appointment at this time.
