I live in an area that is under lockdown restrictions, how do I return my vehicle?

If the government has placed your area of residence under local lockdown restrictions, you may be worried about returning your vehicle at the end of your agreement.

At present, we are still collecting vehicles as normal, and you can still arrange your vehicle return online. If there is any change to the process of returning your vehicle, the information on this page will be updated accordingly.

In addition, we will be sending emails to customers we believe may be affected. To ensure you receive all relevant communication in relation to your agreement, please ensure your email address is correct within your MyFinance account. You can check and update this by logging in to your account and selecting ‘My Login’ from the main menu at the top of the screen.
