The role will be to administer and control the management of Debt Management accounts and Vulnerable Customers.

Skills and Experience

  • Professional qualifications, vocational training, education level: Maths & English to GCSE level or good numeracy and analytical skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage however not essential
  • Good systems attitude and working knowledge of the Motor Finance Business Objects, Access and Excel
  • Minimum of 6 months collections experience

Manage all customer contact and enquiries, delivering a high standard of customer service. The job holder is required to handle telephone enquiries and to administer all customer requests during the life of the contract using an in-house contract management system.
