Digital Manager

Salary: £45,000
Location: London Road, Redhill, Full Time

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for delivering the strategy across all digital channels including paid, earned and owned assets, whilst maintaining a customer-centric focus across all activity and paying careful consideration to customer retention and renewals. You will support the Head of Customer Journey & CRM in delivery of a robust digital strategy and responsible for the development of PSA Finance UK websites.

Skills & Experience:

  • 4-6 years of Digital Marketing with experience in acquisition and retention desired
  • Strong background in digital marketing experience/understanding of hands-on campaign management essential
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent CRM platform
  • A strong working knowledge of Google Analytics, preferably with a qualification or evidence of formal training
  • Relevant experience in digital performance marketing, with a strong focus on SEO & PPC
  • Experience managing website development projects along with experience in editing content via a CMS

Product Digital Analyst

As a Product Digital Analyst, you will be required to maintain & develop BPF UK's Product Offer to achieve the company's budgetary objectives of sale volumes, penetration and profitability. Providing the business with effective support and maintaining the BPF UK portfolio on the Front-Office systems. 

Skills & Experience

  • Commercial awareness
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • High proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
  • Finance products knowledge
  • Understanding of marketing principles
  • confident in using Microsoft Excel and understanding is essential
  • Good systems aptitude including a good working knowledge of Excel and have a high level of numeracy
  • Understanding of the motor finance industry is desirable
  • Knowledge of PSA Finance products an advantage
