Location: Redhill, Surrey
A Call Centre advisor's primary role is to respond to inbound telephone calls from our customer base. To develop and maintain appropriate knowledge in products, procedures, policy, legislation and technology. To ensure all customer related data is accurately recorded and always factual. To provide the highest quality service to all PSA Finance customers within the call centre environment of approximately 20 customer service advisors.
- 26 days holiday per annum increasing to 30 days with service
