You can chat to us and access your agreement to carry out many tasks via your MyFinance account. Please log in or register if you haven't already.

What happens if I am ill and can no longer make the repayments?

Please contact us as soon as possible and we will review your case on an individual basis.

Please note that when considering your request we may ask for supporting documents. You can speed up the process by enclosing relevant documents such as:

- Doctor’s notes
- Specialist referral letters
- Letters from the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP)  

If your sickness is a result of the coronavirus pandemic, you have been financially impacted and need help then we are here to listen and find the right solution for your circumstances.
